ENTRY: The HouseofGems.com "Bejeweled Giveaway Sweepstakes" Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 06/15/09 and ends at 11:59 AM ET on 06/30/09 (the "Promotion Period"). To enter, fill out the form below. You will be automatically registered to recieve HouseofGems.com email newsletters. Limit: one (1) entry per person, regardless of means of entry.

ELIGIBILITY: To enter this sweepstakes you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States of America or the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Employees of HouseofGems.com, their agents, their agents' employees, their advertising and promotion agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and any individual or company directly associated with this sweepstakes, and the immediate families of these employees (parents, children, siblings, spouse) as well as members of the respective households of these employees (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate.

PRIZE: There will be (2) Grand Prizes awarded throughout the Promotion Period and (20) Runner Up Prizes. Grand prizes include retail product prize pack valued at $100. Runner Up Prizes include $20 product prize package. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Grand Prize is $100. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Runner Up Prize is $20. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $600. Odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing to be held on or around the first of July 2009. Winners will be selected by the senior management of HouseofGems.com whose decisions will be considered final in regard to all matters related to this sweepstakes, for a total of one (22) drawings. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or the email address provided, or other form of home delivery. Winners will be required to provide shipping information as requested by Sponsor within seven (7) days of initial notification. Failure to comply within the specified period may result in a forfeit of the prize claim and a new winner may be selected.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: No transfer, substitution or cash value equivalent for Prizes are available, except at sole discretion of Sponsor. All federal, state and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
